Jülich CryoEM Seminar Series

Scope

p62 filament structure obtained using CryoEM
ER-C-3

The cryo-EM seminar series is jointly organized by the FZJ Structural Biology groups at ER-C-3: Prof. Carsten Sachse , Prof. Gunnar Schröder and Junior Prof. Irene Vercellino. The seminar serves as a discussion hub for cryo-EM activities at Forschungszentrum Jülich including cooperation partners (e.g. Heinrich-Heine-University Düsseldorf, RWTH Aachen University). We meet every two weeks to:

  • present & discuss recent advances in single particle analysis, tomography and correlative light microscopy
  • share results of our own CryoEM-related work
  • provide updates on ER-C-3 facility instruments (Krios, Arctica, Vitrojet, Vitrobot etc.)
  • exchange ideas for novel experiments and collaborations
  • discuss your new project?
