Jamal Abu Shihada successfully defended his Ph.D. dissertation at RWTH Aachen.

Jamal Abu Shihada successfully defended his PhD thesis on "3D Scaffolds with Integrated Electrodes for Neuronal Cell Culture" at the Faculty I of RWTH Aachen University.

We are sad that we have to let Jamal go, because we will certainly miss him not only as a scientist. But his work here is done, with his project he has made a significant contribution to the development of controllable 3D cultured neuronal networks in combination with fully 3D microelectrode arrays, on which the next generation of PhD students is already building.
