- Call for Abstracts –
Ethical, legal, social and political aspects of dual use and misuse of research results will be discussed during the summer school, which will take place between 17th- 21st July 2023. These include:
- Philosophy and Ethics
- Specific DURC-relevant research fields
- Institutional precautions and policies
- Politics
- Military significance
- Law and regulations/legislations
Interested junior scientists/researchers are invited to apply with their abstracts (400-600 words) with a short academic CV until 06th of April 2023 to DUMFE@fz-juelich.de. Conference languages are English and German; abstracts and presentations will be accepted in both languages.
The number of participants is limited to 12. Travel expenses will be covered, accommodations and full board will be provided. An expense allowance equivalent to €300 per participant will be allotted after submission of a print-ready paper.
