Master course Applied Mathematics and Computer Science
The master course Applied Mathematics and Computer Science builds on the Bachelor course of the same name. It takes two years and is arranged in cooperation with the University of Applied Sciences Aachen. The course of studies is research oriented and has as goal the independent mathematical modeling and simulation of scientific and technical processes.
The Jülich Supercomputing Centre is participating as partner with the lecture events Computational Mathematics I and II, Methods of Computer Simulation, Network and Security Management, Parallel Algorithms, Parallel Computer Architectures, Introduction to Multigrid Methods, Scientific Visualization, and Special Numerical and Statistical Methods.
