GCS Info Event: AI On GCS Supercomputers - Project Call Information (online)
Do you need compute time for your AI projects? Is your workstation or university cluster too small? The Gauss Centre for Supercomputing (GCS) can help: The three members of GCS – JSC, LRZ and HLRS – provide computing resources up to the largest scales on systems with thousands of GPUs in Stuttgart, München and Jülich. The best part: for researchers, it’s completely free. You only have to write a successful compute time proposal.

From 7 July until 11 August 2025, the Gauss Centre for Supercomputing (GCS) will open a new call for computing time applications for large-scale and regular AI projects.
The AI support team at JSC, jointly with the teams from LRZ and HLRS, is organising an info event for scientists interested in running AI-related projects on the GCS supercomputers, including JSC's JUWELS Booster and our new exascale supercomputer JUPITER.
In our info event, we will provide the most important facts and practical guidelines on how to successfully apply for compute time. We give you the most important hints and let you slip into the role of a reviewer.
