Dr. Dmytro Inosov Awarded Prize for Innovative Research with Neutrons

Dr. Dmytro Inosov from the Max Planck Institute for Solid State Research in Stuttgart is this year’s winner of the ‘Wolfram Prandl Prize’ for young scientists, awarded by the Committee Research with Neutrons (Komitee Forschung mit Neutronen, KFN). The award ceremony for the prize worth 2500 Euro took place today at the German Neutron Scattering Conference in Bonn, where around 170 scientists from Germany and around the world met from 24-26 September to exchange ideas on the results of their current research. Forschungszentrum Jülich and the KFN organized the event. Dr. Inosov is awarded the prize for his findings on magnetic properties of iron pnictides and other super conductors.
