Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy

Philipp Neudecker (FZJ, IBI-7), NN, Margarita Kruteva (FZJ, JCNS-1/IBI-8), Henrike Heise (FZJ, IBI-7), Torsten Walther (KIT, IOC)

IHRS BioSoft, HIDSS4Health, and BIF-IGS offer an introductory lecture series on nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy. In this lecture series, experts in the field will present the liquid-state, solid-state, and pulsed field gradient nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) techniques. After an introduction to a specific technique, examples will be provided, either in the same and or in follow-up lectures. The very first lecture on 26 April will introduce you to NMR in general and to liquid-state NMR for proteins in particular.

The lecture series is open to all interested colleagues. Registration is mandatory for participation. In case of overbooking, priority will be given to fellows (members) of the three schools. If you have more than 75% attendance, you can receive a certificate of participation. For questions regarding the lecture or certificates, please contact biosoft@fz-juelich.de.
