Career conversations are often the result of a reaction to a situation, I need a job, more challenge, or I don’t know what I can do? I believe that a more strategic approach is required, understanding what you want in the future, where you are now and then making considered moves to deliver your future.
I hope to explain some simple processes and tools that will help career and development conversations and enable people to manage their own futures.
