09:00am-10:15am: introductory lecture about MD (Bogdan)
10:15am-10:30am: coffee break
10:30am-noon: VMD (Bogdan)
noon-1:00pm: lunch break
1:00pm-2:45pm: setting up and running MD simulations (Martin and Birgit)
2:45pm-3:00pm: coffee break
3:00pm-5:00pm: analysis of MD simulations (Martin and Birgit)
