The overarching goal of The Virtual Brain Cloud (TVB-Cloud) is the personalized prevention and treatment of neurodegenerative diseases such as dementia. To this end, a dedicated cloud-based platform is being developed as part of the project. TVB-Cloud integrates data from large cohorts of patients and healthy controls through multiscale brain simulations using The Virtual Brain (or TVB) Simulator to produce generalizable results aimed at helping individual patients.
