Publishing House

Forschungszentrum Jülich’s Publishing House has been publishing Jülich’s research findings for more than 50 years.
After its foundation in 1960, the Publishing House’s focus was on publishing printed research reports, Diplom dissertations, and doctoral theses. In 1990, the range of publications was expanded by several series on specific topics.
Since 2003, the Publishing House has been publishing open-access publications.

Advice for authors

The Publishing House supports authors in publishing and utilizing their scientific results:

• Management of the entire production process in consultation with the authors
• Allocation of ISSN, ISBN, and series numbers
• Printing
• Documentation in relevant databases and catalogues
• Advice on open access

Distribution

Manuscripts are published as a book, as an online document, or as an open-access publication. Books can be acquired directly.

Forschungszentrum Jülich Reports are primarily concerned with specific scientific issues from the range of topics addressed at Jülich.

Forschungszentrum Jülich Series

The series published by Forschungszentrum Jülich serve to make available important research findings in our priority areas of research.
In addition, a number of bibliographies are also published.
