Field-ready Plant Bioinformatics: Genome Annotation and Practical Applications - a training from de.NBI and Helixer at IBG-4

On 14^th and 15^th October, a training for plant bioinformatic on genome annotation and practical applications will take place at IBG-4 in the Forschungszentrum Juelich.

Experts from IBG-4 will train the utilization of bioinformatic tools for annotating plant genomes (Helixer, structural annotation) and Mercator4 for functional annotation. Also, application of various other tools to interpret experimental results for practical use will be trained. Participants will engage in hands-on sessions to enhance their bioinformatics skills and learn to translate genomic data into actionable insights for plant science. Today, still a few slot for participants are free!
