Databases and Data Science

Researching genomes and transcriptomes generates large and complex data sets for which a well ordered data infrastructure is required.

Data need to be collected in databases, evaluated, adjusted and visualized via built-in methods for better understanding. Data from various sources will be standardized in databases to make it possible to identify correlations between them. Such databases will then be made publicly available.
