Jülich’s End-of-Year Lecture Evening 2021 YOUNG. INSIGHTS. IMPACT.
18 November 2021, LVR-LandesMuseum Bonn
This year, Jülich’s End-of-Year Lecture Evening was focused on six excellent scientists from five countries. In the spirit of this year’s motto – Young. Insights. Impact. – they provided insights into their creative, exciting, and pioneering work, including a biosensor to be used in the fight against malaria, the collection of climate data in the stratosphere and their exploitation using artificial intelligence, as well as the application of machine learning in the field of neuroscience.
These six outstanding scientists represent a new generation of researchers. They gain scientific insights that have an impact as they drive social progress and help to create new products, processes, and services that will improve people’s lives in the long term while at the same time conserving natural resources.
