In order to develop next-generation batteries, LG Energy Solutions, one of the largest battery manufacturers, has partnered with scientists from the Helmholtz Institute Münster at Forschungszentrum Jülich and the MEET Battery Research Center at WWU Münster.
Together, they are working on developing new manufacturing concepts for lithium-ion battery cells and testing them on a large scale.
