Twelfth regional heat of “Jugend forscht” at Forschungszentrum Jülich

Jülich, 27 February 2011 – Sixty-four highly motivated young researchers, thirty-four exciting projects: it was not an easy decision for the jury of the twelfth regional heat of the competition for schoolchildren and students up to the age of twenty-one “Jugend forscht – Schüler experimentieren”. They finally decided on five first places, thirteen second and eleven third places. The next hurdle for the five winning groups is now the state competitions for the under-fifteens on 11 and 12 May in Recklinghausen and for the older age group from 26 to 29 March in Leverkusen.
