New Articles of Association Come into Force

Jülich, 15 November 2012 – The new articles of association for Forschungszentrum Jülich came into force on 14 November. Thomas Rachel, Parliamentary State Secretary in the Federal Ministry of Education and Research and member of the Bundestag, and Helmut Dockter, State Secretary in the Ministry of Innovation, Science and Research of the Federal State of North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW), presented the agreement that had been negotiated between the Federal Government and NRW to Prof. Achim Bachem, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Forschungszentrum Jülich, at the end-of-year ceremony.
