Jülich Citizen Science Project to Receive Helmholtz Funding
Jülich, 16 August 2019 – Three projects involving members of the public are set to receive funding of up to € 100,000 per year from the Helmholtz Association. One of the projects is run by Forschungszentrum Jülich and focuses on the impacts of aerosols and reactive gases on human health.
The three pilot projects were selected as part of a competition evaluated by external experts from the field of citizen science. The Helmholtz Association is funding the projects for a period of three years from its Initiative and Networking Fund.
