Forschungszentrum Jülich to receive funding from Helmholtz European Partnering programme

Berlin/Jülich, 12 September 2019 – Forschungszentrum Jülich is one of three Helmholtz centres to receive funding for joint European research projects as part of the Helmholtz European Partnering programme.

Jülich will work with Italy’s Istituto Italiano di Tecnologia (IIT) to set up a neuropharmacology research platform with the aim of creating new drugs for neurological diseases. The participating scientists will receive annual funding of up to € 250,000 over a period of three years.
