Personality Analyses Using AI?

28 November 2019 – Using artificial intelligence (AI) can reveal information from brain scans that was inconceivable not too long ago. Researchers can now predict, for example, how someone will perform in a personality test. This has been shown by several studies. Individual projections of whether a mental illnesses will occur in a person and how it will develop now also seem possible. Neuroscientists Simon Eickhoff and Robert Langner from Forschungszentrum Jülich and the University of Düsseldorf recently sounded out the potential as well as the ethical, social, and methodological implications of the approach in the journal PLOS Biology.
