121 Million Dollar Project with Jülich Involvement

The Jülich Supercomputing Centre (JSC) is the only non-American centre contributing to establishing the Extreme Science and Engineering Discovery Environment (XSEDE), which went into operation at the end of July. Over the next five years, the US National Science Foundation (NSF) will provide funding totalling $ 121 million for this project.
