Wolf B. Frommer Awarded Humboldt Professorship at Ceremony in Berlin

Jülich/Berlin, 17 May 2017 – Prof. Wolf B. Frommer was one of six leading scientists from abroad to be awarded a Humboldt professorship on Tuesday evening. German Federal Minister of Education and Research Johanna Wanka and Helmut Schwarz, President of the Humboldt Foundation, presented the award during an official ceremony in Berlin. The professorship is being financed to the tune of € 5 million and will see Frommer working at Forschungszentrum Jülich, among other institutions.
