Kick-Start for Early-Career Scientists

Jülich, 3 December 2013 – Triumph for Dr. Nina Siebers, Dr. Michael Owen, and Dr. Daniel Schwarz: the three early-career scientists from Forschungszentrum Jülich have been selected for the Helmholtz Postdoc Programme. They have each been awarded a grant of € 300,000, which will be paid over a period of up to three years, to allow them to establish themselves in their fields of research and thus develop their scientific competence. The Helmholtz Association selected a total of twenty young scientists for the programme this year.
