Jülich/Erlangen, 29 August 2017 – Scientists from Forschungszentrum Jülich and Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg (FAU) have developed a new concept that considerably simplifies the storage of hydrogen. It reduces the technical effort required to bind hydrogen to liquid organic carriers: instead of two devices, as previously needed, their concept uses one device to “load” and “unload” the liquid carrier.
