It takes place on 9 November in Berlin every year. Andrew Paolo Cádiz Bedini (Forschungszentrum Jülich), Anna Degen (DKFZ/Heidelberg University), and Sofie Valk (Max Planck Institute for Human Cognitive and Brain Sciences, Leipzig) are the three young scientists who convinced the panel with their future-oriented ideas at the heat for the conference, entitled Falling Walls Lab, which took place at Forschungszentrum Jülich on Monday.
