What is presented?
The Helmholtz Nano Facility HNF is Forschungszentrum Jülich's workbench for the production of micro- and nanostructures. In this lecture Markus Kaiser, head of the HNF, will answer the following questions: How are these small structures produced? What are these small structures needed for? And: Where can experience from the semiconductor industry be put to good use?
