Alumni Talk: A career as Director IT at RWE Renewables

Dr. Anne Bendzulla

After studying process engineering in Clausthal and completing her PhD at the Research Centre Jülich, Anne Bendzulla worked in different functions for international chemical / petrochemical engineering companies, including heading the Process Department at thyssenkrupp Uhde Chlorine Engineers, before becoming Chief Digital Officer for thyssenkrupp industrial solutions.
In August 2020 Anne Bendzulla joined RWE Renewables as Director IT and as member of the IT leadership team of RWE AG.

RWE Renewables is RWE´s renewables powerhouse of the future. While until 2022 up to net €5 billion will be available for renewables and innovative storage technologies, the operating business is focusing on offshore and onshore wind as well as photovoltaics.
