Elsevier Expands Open Access Monitor

Jülich/London, 2 March 2022 – Elsevier, one of the major academic publishers in Germany, has pledged to support the Open Access Monitor headed by Forschungszentrum Jülich by agreeing to the integration of its Scopus database.
